 FEATURE UPDATE 

Creditors Tab: Utilization Rate

We’ve improved how Revolving Credit Utilization is calculated in the Creditors tab to give you a clearer picture of a client’s financial standing based only on enrolled debts.

✅ What’s New?

  • Utilization Rate now uses this formula:
    Sum of Enrolled Revolving Balances ÷ Sum of Enrolled Revolving High Credit
  • Updates dynamically as enrolled debts are added or modified
  • Offers a more accurate view of the client’s revolving credit usage relevant to the program

🛠️ Other Changes

  • The original credit report data remains for reference
  • Unused fields like Total Settled and Available Balance have been removed
  • The new Utilization Rate now appears where Total Settled used to be

 FEATURE UPDATE 

Budget Analysis: 5% Eligibility & Enrollment-Based Cash Flow

We’ve added two new calculated fields to the Budget Analysis section to help agents assess client eligibility and financial stability with greater precision.


🔹 5% Eligibility

Calculates 5% of the client’s total enrolled debt from the Creditors tab.
Formula: Total Balance Amount × 5%
Use this to quickly determine if the client meets the commonly used 5% cash reserve guideline for program eligibility.

🔹 Enrollment-Based Cash Flow

Provides a clearer view of the client’s post-enrollment financial position.
Formula: Cash Flow – Total Monthly Enrollment Payment
This helps evaluate whether the client can sustain the enrollment plan after covering essential expenses.

Dispositions

We’ve introduced Dispositions to help track call outcomes.

🆕 What’s New:

  • Dispositions now show in the Applicant Profile, next to Actions.
  • To configure dispositions, go to: Admin > Site Setup > System Configuration > Actions, a new field "Group" lets you define:

    • Group 1 = Disposition
    • Group 2 = Action

 NEW FEATURE 

Actions > New Post Function: Clear ALV ID and Debt ID 

We’ve added a powerful new post function under Actions to streamline the FORTH integration process and fix credit report (CR) merge conflicts.

  • Clear ALV ID is now available as a post function in Actions.
  • When triggered, it:

    • Clears the ALV ID from the current application
    • Clears any associated Debt ID
    • Enables a fresh FORTH app submission and new ALV ID generation

⚠️ New System Message:
When CR debts can't be merged due to prior submissions, CRM will now display:

“There have been conflicts while processing credit report debts. Using 'Clear ALV ID' is recommended to resolve these conflicts.”

This guides users to take appropriate action and avoid mismatches between CR data and the app.

Archived Stage

We’re excited to introduce this new feature — a powerful new way to manage apps without deleting them. This feature helps maintain historical records for compliance, audit, and reporting needs.

With this release, you can now:

✅ Archive apps via API, Post Function, or triggers
🔍 Search and view archived apps in the Pipeline using advanced filters
🔒 Read-only display of archived apps data — fields remain visible, but not editable
🛡️ Permission Controlled Access to archiving and viewing archived apps is role-based. Admins can update access under Manage Roles.

Update to Recurring Start Date for Monthly Frequency

We've updated the Recurring Start Date field in the Enrollment Tab for Monthly payment frequency:

  • Field renamed to Occurrence – users now select only the day of the month (1–31) instead of a full date.
  • First Payment Date remains unchanged as a full date selection.
  • When sending data to FORTH, ep_freq_interval now uses the selected day from Occurrence.

First Payment Date – Banking Holidays Restriction

We've added a new restriction to prevent Major Banking Holidays from being selectable as the First Payment Date (FPD) in Logixx.

  • Major U.S. banking holidays (2025–2029) are now blocked from selection in the First Payment Date field.
  • Holidays that fall on a Sunday (with banks closed the following Monday) are also excluded.
  • If the "Unrestricted First Payment Date" permission is enabled, this restriction does not apply—users can still select any date.

This ensures compliance with banking schedules while maintaining flexibility for authorized users. 🚀

Calendar Event Editing & Deletion Restrictions

We have updated the behavior of calendar events in Logixx CRM to enhance and protect data integrity.

What’s Changed? 🔔 

  • Editing Restrictions: Only the user who created a calendar event can edit it.
  • Deletion Restrictions: Only the event creator can delete a calendar event. Unauthorized deletions by other users are now prevented.

A new feature has been added to the Co-Applicant’s Residence Address section. Users can now easily copy the primary applicant's address to the co-applicant's address by selecting the option "Copy from Primary Applicant". 

This simplifies data entry and ensures accuracy when both applicants share the same residence address.

Phone Number Duplication Alert

To enhance data accuracy, the CRM now alerts users when a duplicate phone number is entered. If an applicant's phone number (cell, home, or work) already exists in the system, a pop-up will display the applicant number associated with the duplicate phone number. 

This ensures that users are informed of duplicate entries, helping maintain clean and accurate records.

We’ve enhanced the Creditors Tab by adding four new columns in Enrolled Debts and Unenrolled Debts tables: Credit Limit, Utilization Ratio, Opened and Status. These features provide users a deeper insight into each creditor account, helping assess credit health and manage debts more effectively.

  • Credit Limit: Displays the maximum credit available for an account.
  • Utilization Ratio: Shows how much of the credit limit is used, calculated as: (Current Balance / Total Limit).
  • Current Rating: Reflects the current status of the account as shown on the credit report.
  • Opened: Shows the account's opening date.

These updates streamline decision-making and improve visibility into creditor accounts.

Tasks & Calendar Events Default App View

User Feedback:

Users have reported that upon accessing Tasks & Events within the app, the statuses "Overdue," "Upcoming," and "In Progress" are automatically displayed.

Update:

The auto-populate feature has been disabled, allowing all events to be displayed by default. This update affects both the Tasks and Events sections.

Direct Mail Look-up via API

Several updates were made to support the API lookup of a direct mail caller's "marketing or benefit ID."

Data Groups

The campaign typesetting has been renamed to Data Groups, and pre-configured labels have been assigned to the most commonly used labels. This update will support a better structure of marketing data regarding reporting.

-Campaign settings have been rename to Data Sources.
-A new optional feature was added in Data Source settings "via DM API." This feature is exclusive to the Print & Mail Marketing Data Groups if using API for mailer lookup instead of uploading direct mail data to logixx CRM.  

Add New Lead Update

The Add Lead pop-up menu now includes an update to facilitate direct mail ID searches. To search for a mailer/benefit ID, enter the ID given by the direct mail caller and select the search icon. If the ID matches, the caller's information will automatically be filled in, and the campaign will be assigned automatically.

Enrollment tab: Bi-weekly and Semi-Monthly Payment frequency

The enrollment tab has been updated to offer more payment frequency options, including semi-monthly and bi-weekly. With the bi-weekly option, you can schedule payments based on the specific day of the week.

The semi-monthly Frequency indicates two separate payment occurrence schedules on two different days of the month.
