Tasks & Calendar Events Default App View

User Feedback:

Users have reported that upon accessing Tasks & Events within the app, the statuses "Overdue," "Upcoming," and "In Progress" are automatically displayed.

Update:

The auto-populate feature has been disabled, allowing all events to be displayed by default. This update affects both the Tasks and Events sections.

Direct Mail Look-up via API

Several updates were made to support the API lookup of a direct mail caller's "marketing or benefit ID."

Data Groups

The campaign typesetting has been renamed to Data Groups, and pre-configured labels have been assigned to the most commonly used labels. This update will support a better structure of marketing data regarding reporting. 

Data Sources

-Campaign settings have been rename to Data Sources.
-A new optional feature was added in Data Source settings "via DM API." This feature is exclusive to the Print & Mail Marketing Data Groups if using API for mailer lookup instead of uploading direct mail data to logixx CRM.  

Add New Lead Update

The Add Lead pop-up menu now includes an update to facilitate direct mail ID searches. To search for a mailer/benefit ID, enter the ID given by the direct mail caller and select the search icon. If the ID matches, the caller's information will automatically be filled in, and the campaign will be assigned automatically.

Enrollment tab: Bi-weekly and Semi-Monthly Payment frequency

The enrollment tab has been updated to offer more payment frequency options, including semi-monthly and bi-weekly. With the bi-weekly option, you can schedule payments based on the specific day of the week.

The semi-monthly Frequency indicates two separate payment occurrence schedules on two different days of the month.

Service Plan FORTH Semi-Monthly Split Template:
  • Introduced a new mapping field: Service Plan FORTH semi-monthly split template (enrollment_service_plan_forth_split_template).
  • This field returns the value configured to the FORTH semi-monthly split template only when the Frequency is set to Semi-Monthly.

The “Secured” option has been added and is now available in the following locations:

  • UW Policy Settings

  • Resolved an issue where leading zeros in payment methods were being deleted.

Notice Panels

To make important information stand out, add Info, Tips, Notes, Error, Success, and Warning Panels to your workflow statuses. Select from one of the pre-made templates, or create your custom Notice Panel by selecting your preferred background, font color, and icon!

Email Popup Window: Recipient Mode

You now can toggle between Mapping & Recipient Modes when sending emails from logixx CRM.  The recipient will display the email in the same format as the recipient will see, with all variable field mapping already populated in the email template selected.  While Mapping Mode will display the variable field labels in your email templates.

Save & Action Pop-ups

The Save & Action confirmation pop-up window design & placement has been updated to enhance user experience.  With a minimalistic design approach and better placement, users should experience less interference when updating an app.

Sent email logs in the app history section will now show historical status logs where only the latest status was previously displayed to users.

Product: logixx Voice

This version brings new features and improvements to the logixx Voice desktop application. 

New desktop app

Welcome to the new logixx desktop app for Windows and Mac. 



Speed Dial buttons and BLF indicators

As a logixx administrator, you can configure Speed dial buttons and BLF indicators that will be auto-provisioned for either all or only specific users in your organization. The buttons and indicators will appear in real-time in the designated tab of the logixx app.

Custom Web Pages

With customer webpages, logixx administrators can pre-configure web links that users can open within their logixx app.

The pre-configured links will appear in the logixx app's Menu tab below the user’s extension number. As an administrator, you can add any number of custom web pages.

GSM Dialling

This feature allows users to make outgoing calls using the native GSM dialer (on mobile devices with GSM only). As an administrator, you can provide an access number, which will be added to the destination number.

Other updates include

  • If the user has a connectivity issue (exclamation mark), the activity log now shows error messages from the PBX.

Hosted XML Phonebooks

Product:  logixx Voice, New Feature: Hosted XML Phonebooks

With the XML Phonebooks hosted by logixx you can sync contacts between the users' devices, like IP Phones and logixx softphones, while managing contacts in a single place.

Instead of implementing XML Phonebook hosting, you can rely on logixx's out-of-the-box functionality. This feature hosts and maintains users' contacts, keeping them in sync between devices. Moreover, the feature allows the sync of contacts imported from the user's device or logixx CRM.

Currently, logixx supports XML Phonebooks in the following formats: 

  • Yealink
  • Polycom
  • Grandstream
  • Cisco.
