Feature Details:

We’ve introduced the Favorite Numbers feature, allowing organizations to manage a predefined list of frequently used numbers. This feature ensures quick access to important contacts directly within DIALogixx.
Key Features:
- Organization-Wide Management – Favorites are set at the admin level, not per user.
- Two Types of Favorite Numbers:
- PBX Extensions – Automatically pulled from the system.
- Custom Entries – Admins can manually add custom numbers.
- Predefined Order – Favorites are stored and displayed in a fixed order.
- Quick Access in DIALogixx:
- Dialpad – Favorite numbers appear at the top.
- Transfer Target Selection – Easily transfer calls to favorite numbers.
- Configuration: Admins can manage favorites in Admin > PBX > Favorite Numbers.

Unrestricted First Payment Date Permission
We've introduced a new permission to give users more flexibility when setting the First Payment Date (FPD).
What’s New?
- Permission: "Unrestricted First Payment Date"
- Located in Admin > Security Setup > Manage Roles
- If enabled, users can select ANY date as the First Payment Date.
- If disabled, the 14-day restriction still applies.
This update allows greater control over payment scheduling for authorized roles. 🚀

FEATURE UPDATE
Update to Recurring Start Date for Monthly Frequency
We've updated the Recurring Start Date field in the Enrollment Tab for Monthly payment frequency:
- Field renamed to Occurrence – users now select only the day of the month (1–31) instead of a full date.
- First Payment Date remains unchanged as a full date selection.
- When sending data to FORTH, ep_freq_interval now uses the selected day from Occurrence.
This update ensures correct data formatting while allowing more flexibility in setting recurring payments. 🚀

FEATURE UPDATE
First Payment Date – Banking Holidays Restriction
We've added a new restriction to prevent Major Banking Holidays from being selectable as the First Payment Date (FPD) in Logixx.
- Major U.S. banking holidays (2025–2029) are now blocked from selection in the First Payment Date field.
- Holidays that fall on a Sunday (with banks closed the following Monday) are also excluded.
- If the "Unrestricted First Payment Date" permission is enabled, this restriction does not apply—users can still select any date.
This ensures compliance with banking schedules while maintaining flexibility for authorized users. 🚀

FEATURE UPDATE
Calendar Event Editing & Deletion Restrictions
We have updated the behavior of calendar events in Logixx CRM to enhance and protect data integrity.
What’s Changed? 🔔
- Editing Restrictions: Only the user who created a calendar event can edit it.
- Deletion Restrictions: Only the event creator can delete a calendar event. Unauthorized deletions by other users are now prevented.
