Operator Panel UI/UX Redesign
We’ve completely revamped the Operator Panel (Tools > Features > Operator Panel) with a fresh new UI/UX for a more intuitive and efficient experience. The updated design enhances real-time call management, user activity tracking, and queue supervision, making navigation smoother and more user-friendly. You can now view the source of inbound calls, such as Call Center Queues.

Enhancement to Monevo Integration
We have updated the Monevo integration to include additional user information in the payload request. The CRM now sends the user's full name and email address as part of the data transmitted to Monevo, ensuring a more streamlined and complete data-sharing process.
This enhancement helps improve compatibility and supports more efficient processing for Monevo.

Update to Tasks & Events Tab
We’ve made a small visual adjustment to the Tasks & Events tab. Previously, the Tasks section was displayed first, followed by Events. Based on user feedback, we have swapped the order so that Events now appear first for better accessibility. The tab name remains Tasks & Events.

We've enhanced the Pipeline View by displaying the Next Scheduled Event under the Activity column.
Feature Details:
- The Activity column now includes the date of the next scheduled event for each application.
- Provides better visibility into upcoming tasks without opening individual records.
- Enhances workflow efficiency by keeping key scheduling details easily accessible.
