Dedupe by SSN

The SSN Deduplication feature ensures each Social Security Number (SSN) is unique across manually created apps and existing ones.


  • Prevents Duplicates: Alerts users instantly if a duplicate SSN exists, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Improves Workflow: Saves time by avoiding errors during application creation.
  • Scope: Applies only to manual entries and existing apps; automated and API-created files are excluded.

New Column in Pipeline View: Last Assigned

A new column, Last Assigned, is now available in the Pipeline View. This column displays the exact time when an app was last assigned, using formats like:

This enhancement helps teams quickly identify when an app was last handled, improving workflow tracking and responsiveness.


 NEW FEATURE 

New Option in Co-Applicant Section: Copy From Primary Applicant

A new feature has been added to the Co-Applicant’s Residence Address section. Users can now easily copy the primary applicant's address to the co-applicant's address by selecting the option "Copy from Primary Applicant". 

This simplifies data entry and ensures accuracy when both applicants share the same residence address.


 FEATURE UPDATE 

Phone Number Duplication Alert

To enhance data accuracy, the CRM now alerts users when a duplicate phone number is entered. If an applicant's phone number (cell, home, or work) already exists in the system, a pop-up will display the applicant number associated with the duplicate phone number. 

This ensures that users are informed of duplicate entries, helping maintain clean and accurate records.
