Streamline lead management with the new trigger-based automation feature. This update allows administrators to define conditions like time in status, absence of notes, or scheduled events to automatically transfer apps to a specified status. Improve efficiency and ensure inactive apps are promptly handled.

- Configure conditions for app transfer based on time, notes, and scheduled events.
- Automatically remove app owners and update app statuses when criteria is met.
- Batch can process up to 300 apps per trigger execution for optimized performance.

How to Configure:

Improved Debt Management with New Columns in the Enrollment Section
We’ve enhanced the Creditors Tab by adding four new columns in Enrolled Debts and Unenrolled Debts tables: Credit Limit, Utilization Ratio, Opened and Status. These features provide users a deeper insight into each creditor account, helping assess credit health and manage debts more effectively.
- Credit Limit: Displays the maximum credit available for an account.
- Utilization Ratio: Shows how much of the credit limit is used, calculated as: (Current Balance / Total Limit).
- Current Rating: Reflects the current status of the account as shown on the credit report.
- Opened: Shows the account's opening date.
These updates streamline decision-making and improve visibility into creditor accounts.
