Admins can now manage call center agents directly within Logixx CRM.
Key Features:
- Add, edit, or delete Call Center Agents with PBX extensions.
- View agent details, including profiles, extensions, and call settings.
- Adjust timeout and delay settings for call handling.
- Access Call Center Queues via the "View Call Center Queues" button.
Easily configure agents by navigating to Admin > PBX > Call Center Agents.

What You Can Access:
